Permission is hereby granted to any person obtaining a copy of this software (the "Software") to use, copy, and modify the Software for integration with the Licensee's own projects, subject to the following conditions:

One developer, one license. Each license is valid for one (1) individual developer who accesses or modifies the Software's source code. Additional developers require additional license purchases.
Don't redistribute. The Software shall not be sublicensed, sold, leased, published on any public repository or package registry, or otherwise made available to any third party.
Don't plagiarise. The above copyright notice and this license shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
Don't alter the licensing features. Software features related to licensing shall not be altered or circumvented in any way, including (but not limited to) license validation, payment prompts, feature restrictions, and update eligibility.
Don't build a competitor. The Software shall not be used to create a product or service that competes with the Software.
Keep credentials secret. All access credentials, authentication tokens, and license keys shall be kept confidential and not shared with unauthorized parties.
Pay up. Payment shall be made immediately upon receipt of any notice, prompt, reminder, or other message indicating that a payment is owed.
Follow the law. All use of the Software shall not violate any applicable law or regulation, nor infringe the rights of any other person or entity.

Failure to comply with the foregoing conditions will automatically and immediately result in termination of the permission granted hereby. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

The license includes updates and bug fixes for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After this period, the Licensee may continue using the last version received but will not receive further updates without renewal. Renewal is available at the then-current rates.

The Software is licensed, not sold. The author retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.
