NativePHP NFC Mobile — License#
Proprietary — End User License Agreement (EULA)
Copyright © 2026–present Context Undefined. All rights reserved.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Context Undefined (“Licensor”) for the use of the NativePHP NFC Mobile software package (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. Any deviations from this Agreement are only valid if documented in writing and signed by the Licensor.
1. Grant of license#
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- a) Install and use the Software on projects owned or controlled by Licensee.
- b) Use the Software within projects developed for Licensee’s third-party clients, provided the Software is integrated into a final product and not provided as a standalone tool.
- c) Modify the Software’s source code solely for integration and customization within Licensee’s authorized projects.
License scope (per seat)#
Each license is valid for one (1) individual developer seat.
A “seat” is defined as an individual developer who accesses, modifies, or compiles the Software’s source code.
Additional developers require the purchase of additional seats.
2. Restrictions#
Licensee shall not:
- a) Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or transfer the Software (including modified versions) to any third party or marketplace.
- b) Make the Software or its source code available on any public repository (e.g. public GitHub), package registry, or file-sharing service.
- c) Use the Software, or any portion of its logic or code, to create a competing product, plugin, or service.
- d) White-label the Software or remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.
- e) Share license credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties.
- f) Extract specific functional components or assets for use outside of the intended NativePHP NFC Mobile implementation.
3. Distribution and access#
The Software is distributed exclusively through authorized channels. Licensee agrees to keep all access credentials confidential and shall not attempt to circumvent any distribution access controls.
4. Updates and support#
- a) The Software is provided “as is” at the time of purchase.
- b) Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide bug fixes or updates, but Licensee has no contractual right to receive future updates, features, or maintenance.
- c) Technical support for issues is provided at the Licensor’s discretion and does not constitute a guaranteed service level agreement (SLA).
5. Ownership#
The Software is licensed, not sold. Context Undefined retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Modification of the code by the Licensee does not transfer ownership of the underlying Software to the Licensee.
6. Termination#
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any term. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
7. Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Context Undefined shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Licensee for the Software.
8. Governing law#
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
