NativePHP Live Activities — Proprietary License

This software is proprietary. Purchasing a valid license from the copyright holder or an authorized marketplace grants you a non-exclusive right to use and modify the software in applications covered by that purchase. Any agreed purchase terms concerning license scope, duration, and updates apply.

You may distribute the software as an integrated part of those applications, provided that recipients are not granted rights to extract, redistribute, or reuse the plugin independently. You may share the source with employees and contractors who need it to develop those applications, provided they are bound by these restrictions.

You may not publish, sublicense, resell, or distribute the software or modified versions as a standalone plugin, source package, or reusable library without prior written permission from the copyright holder. No other rights are granted.

Authorized marketplaces may host and distribute the software under their separate agreements with the copyright holder.

Third-party components retain their own licenses. In particular, the bundled Lucide icons are subject to the notices in resources/icons/LICENSE. This license does not restrict rights granted under those third-party licenses.
