This software ("Media Pipeline") is licensed, not sold. Purchase of a license grants the buyer ("Licensee") the following rights:

1. USE. Licensee may use Media Pipeline in an unlimited number of applications built by Licensee or Licensee's organization, for commercial or personal projects, without recurring fees.

2. MODIFICATION. Licensee may modify the source code for use within Licensee's own applications.

3. RESTRICTIONS. Licensee may NOT:

   • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the source code (modified or unmodified) available to third parties as a standalone product or as part of a competing plugin/template/boilerplate offering.
   • Share purchased access (e.g. repository credentials) with anyone outside Licensee's own organization.
   • Remove or obscure this license or its copyright notice from the source.

4. NO WARRANTY. This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of this software.

5. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if Licensee breaches any of the restrictions above.
