END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT nativephp-share-target

Copyright (c) 2026 ALL 1, a Wyoming corporation ("Licensor"). All rights reserved.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the nativephp-share-target software package, including its PHP, Kotlin, Swift, and JavaScript source code, documentation, and assets (the "Software"). By purchasing a license, installing, or using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to this Agreement.

  1. LICENSE GRANT Subject to payment of the applicable license fee and continued compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to: (a) install and use the Software in Licensee's own application development; (b) compile the Software into applications owned or developed by Licensee and distribute those applications (including through app stores) in compiled, binary form; and (c) make copies of the Software as reasonably necessary for development, testing, and archival purposes. Unless a purchased license tier expressly states otherwise, one license is a single-seat license: it covers one developer, who may use the Software in an unlimited number of their own applications. Each additional developer who accesses, modifies, or compiles the Software requires an additional seat.

  2. RESTRICTIONS Licensee shall not: (a) publish, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software's source code available to any third party; (b) offer the Software (or any derivative of it) as a competing product, plugin, template, or development service; (c) remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices; or (d) share license credentials or repository access granted with a purchase. Access to the Software's source code for Licensee's own development and modification is permitted and does not transfer ownership.

  3. OWNERSHIP The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Modifications Licensee makes for its own use do not grant Licensee ownership of the Software.

  4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT Updates and support channels, if any, are provided as described in the purchase listing. Licensor does not guarantee compatibility with any particular version of the NativePHP framework, PHP, Android, or iOS beyond what the listing states.

  5. TERMINATION This Agreement terminates automatically if Licensee materially breaches it. Upon termination, Licensee must cease distribution of the Software's source code and destroy copies in its possession, except that applications already distributed in compiled form under Section 1(b) are unaffected.

  6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL MEET LICENSEE'S REQUIREMENTS.

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LICENSE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE.

  8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.

  9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
