END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT nativephp-actions-anywhere

Copyright (c) 2026 ALL 1, a Wyoming corporation ("Licensor"). All rights reserved.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the nativephp-actions-anywhere software package (the "Software"), distributed as a paid plugin via the NativePHP Plugin Marketplace. By purchasing, installing, or using the Software you agree to these terms.

  1. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to payment of the applicable fee, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to: (a) install and use the Software for developing your own applications; (b) compile the Software into your applications and distribute the resulting binaries in an unlimited number of your own applications; and (c) make copies of the Software for archival purposes. One license is a single-seat license: it covers one developer, who may use the Software in an unlimited number of their own applications.

  2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not: (a) redistribute, publish, sell, or sublicense the Software's source code, in whole or substantial part, outside the compiled binaries of your applications; (b) offer the Software, or a derivative of it, as a competing plugin, package, or product; (c) remove or alter copyright or license notices; (d) share your license key or Composer credentials with anyone outside the licensed seat; or (e) represent the Software as your own work.

  3. OWNERSHIP. The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the Software.

  4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT. Updates and support are provided as described on the plugin's marketplace listing.

  5. TERMINATION. This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the Software; binaries of your applications already distributed to end users are unaffected.

  6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE. LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

  8. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

  9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings.
